A: If you have chosen an item, select its color and quantity, then add it to your Cart and proceed to checkout.

Q: Can I change/cancel my order?

A: Once an order has been shipped, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or cancelled the order for you. So please check the address again before you place an order.

Q: Will it be possible to track orders?

A: Yes. Once your items ship, we will send you an e-mail that will include the name of the carrier and the tracking number(s) for your order. You can track your item at USPS.COM

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Asia and North America, 7~20 working days

  Euro, Oceania, Mid-East, 10~35 working days

  South America, Africa, 30~50 working days

Q:How long does it take to receive a refund?
