1.You can apply for return within 15 days since receiving your order.
2.Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, unwashed and tags still attached. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund.
3.Return Postage Charge
- If we sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged, we’ll pay for the postage costs to return. We will be happy to replace any damaged/incorrect items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs.
- If you return the item because you no longer require it or do not like the style, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded. But if it’s our responsibility such as sending damaged/incorrect items, we’ll refund the shipping charges to you.
